Do you accept walk-ins?
We prioritize scheduled appointments to give every client our full attention, but walk-ins are welcome based on same-day availability. Calling ahead guarantees your spot.
How far in advance should I book a keratin treatment?
We recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekend appointments, since keratin treatments and balayage services take longer chair time than a standard cut.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can offer the slot to another client. Please call or email us as early as possible.
Do you offer free consultations?
